From Wednesday 8th May, the Year Three children will be going swimming at Alsager Leisure Centre.
Please return the reply slip by Friday 12th April.
All children will need to wear a hat, either a dark full swimming costume or trunks and if they wish to wear goggles, permission needs to be given.
Nursery Open Afternoon – Tuesday 12th February – 1.30pm to 3pm
Is your child due to start Nursery in September 2019?
All are welcome to come along and meet our Nursery Staff and view our exciting Nursery classroom.
We look forward to meeting you.
Our next PTFA meeting will be on Monday 11th February at 2pm – All welcome.
We wish you all a wonderful summer break from all the staff at Dove Bank.
With thanks to the PTFA, our library has been updated with new quality age related books.
In the Autumn term, we aim to get the library fully functioning and get our new gorgeous books being used.
The books are only one area where the money raised has gone to a good cause.
We must also say ‘thank you’ for the contributions towards coaches and the many other things that have been contributed to, this year. Without the PTFA, many things that we have or do, would not be possible.
We’re extremely grateful.
Both were a great success and the children enjoyed it.
Tomorrow, our new Reception class teacher will be in school for our transition morning.
We would like to wish Mrs Guney and the children that will be spending the morning in the reception class, a wonderful morning.
Sadly, Miss Codman, who has been our Reception teacher for many years, is leaving Dove Bank at the end of this school year.
Miss Codman, you will be missed and thank you for all your hard work at Dove Bank. On behalf of all the staff and children at Dove Bank, we wish you great success in your new adventure.
Many thanks to everyone that helped the Summer Fayre become possible.
Friday was a great afternoon with candy floss, donkey rides, an enormous bouncy castle, many stalls and an ice cream van.
An equally great thank you to all the parents and children that attended. We hope that you enjoyed it.
