At Dove Bank Nursery we provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in which children are able to learn and develop and ultimately be ready for school. We recognise that every child is unique and learns in their own way and at their own pace and so adapt our activities and approaches. We are able to expand and enhance each child’s learning experience in order to develop their knowledge and understanding.

Doves

Once your child has turned 2, they would be very welcome to join us in our ‘Doves’ room, space dependant. The Doves room is led by Sharon Sproston, who is highly experienced, highly skilled early years practitioner. Sharon has an infectious passion for early years – in particular, providing a quality provision for our 2 year olds.

Nursery

Once your child has turned 3, they will move into, or join, our Nursery room. This room is led by Gill Bowler, a senior nursery nurse. Rachel Simpson, a qualified teaching assistant, also works within the Nursery. Rachel is an enthusiastic and passionate practitioner who also ways has new ideas to share with our children.

Children can join the nursery at any point in the school year, so if you are interested in your child joining us, please contact the school office who will be happy to arrange for you to visit us in person.
